Bookings, Refunds Cancellation Policy

Bookings: Bookings are only confirmed when you have made full payment and you have received a notification confirming the booking. Please present a copy of your confirmation when you attend your booking.

Late Arrivals: We ask that you arrive 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled class time. As several classes are held throughout the day in the same space it is necessary that each class starts and ends at the slated time. If you arrive after the start time of your class, you will still be allowed to join the class in progress. Concessions to recover any period of time missed may be afforded to you at the sole discretion of the chef, be aware that cooking times may not allow for you to complete your meal if you begin after the class has started.

Refunds and Cancellations: We are dedicated to creating a memorable and intimate experience for each of our guests. To ensure that we can give each person the attention they deserve we offer limited seating. Due to this limited capacity, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to sell the seat. You may either cancel by phone at (include phone number) or online here (need to include a hyperlink). For cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class a refund will be issued minus a 20% administration fee. No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 72 hours of the class. All reservations are 100% transferable so if you cannot attend the class, you may give the seat to a friend, provided they too agree to this policy upon arrival.

Extenuating Circumstances Cancellations, Travel Issues, and Refunds. In general, if as a guest you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined as stipulated above. But, in certain events outside of your control we may allow for a partial or full refund.

This does not include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.

b. Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.

This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in the tropics.
